About Us
End to end audio visual installation.
We provide both design and installation on all our projects. The design of any system,
large or small, is an important aspect of any bespoke high end audio visual system. The
experience gained with over 25 years in the AV industry allows us to ensure that our
customers are always well looked after. Whether we are working directly with you, your
architect or interior designer, we endeavor to communicate regularly and make sure
everything runs smoothly and to schedule. Our team is professional and caring but also
flexible and do their best to adapt to any last minute changes you may decide.
Our process
Brief
When you’ve made an enquiry we’ll probably have a phone call or video chat to outline your project so we can get an idea of what’s involved. Then comes the site visit so we can assess the property or yacht, audit any existing equipment and take a look at any structural factors. Then, depending on the scope of works, we take the time to put together the brief and basic costing.
Design
Designing the system is one of the most essential parts of the project. We take the brief and relevant measurements and come up with a bespoke design to suit your requirements. We can propose a choice of different designs and options that best fit your requirements and budget. After close consultation, together with fine tuning of the design and costing, a final draft will be made. Lead times and delivery deadlines will be verified.
Installation
Once the design has been signed off and all the necessary equipment received, our team will come and start the installation at a convenient time, liaising with other tradesmen so the project runs smoothly. Whether its a small Installation, a whole house AV system or yacht re-fit, we always take extra effort to respect our work environment by protecting any surfaces and leaving areas clean and tidy. After completion we will explain exactly how the system works and provide documentation and plans. We can also conduct any staff or crew training if appropriate.
